Use this every morning after cleansing.

Step 1: Start with a clean, dry face.

Step 2: Dispense 2-3 drops of the serum onto your fingertips.

Step 3: Gently pat the serum onto your face and neck. Avoid rubbing it in like a cream. Let the serum absorb for about a minute.

Step 4: Follow up with your daily moisturizer and, most importantly, a sunscreen with at least SPF 30.

This is a potent active serum. L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) can cause a slight tingling sensation upon application, which is normal for some users. If you have very sensitive skin, you may want to start by using it every other day.

This serum is fragrance-free. It may have a faint, slightly metallic or "hot water" scent, which is completely normal and characteristic of a well-formulated L-Ascorbic Acid serum. The scent dissipates immediately after application.

Why do I need a serum if I already use moisturizer?
They do different jobs. A moisturizer's primary role is to hydrate and protect the skin's surface barrier. A serum, like this one, has a thinner consistency and is formulated with a high concentration of active ingredients designed to penetrate deeper into the skin to deliver targeted benefits, like antioxidant protection and brightening. You use a serum first, then apply a moisturizer on top.

Why should I use this in the morning instead of at night?
You can use it at night, but it's most beneficial in the morning. Since its main job is to act as an antioxidant shield, it's best to apply it before you go outside and expose your skin to UV rays and pollution. It works throughout the day to protect your skin.

This has acid in the name. Will it burn or peel my skin?
No. "L-Ascorbic Acid" and "Ferulic Acid" are the chemical names for Vitamin C and a specific antioxidant. They are not the same as exfoliating acids like Glycolic or Lactic Acid that are designed to cause skin peeling. This serum is a protective treatment, not a chemical peel.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
